In the past few decades, the aerial work platform has entered the Chinese market. The technology is becoming more and more mature, the development is becoming more and more broad, and the prospects are becoming more and more prosperous, which is familiar and accepted by more and more construction machinery friends. However, after so many years of development and use, there has been a problem that has plagued tenants of renters, brothers and maintenance technicians at the construction site, and there has never been a good solution. This problem is the loosening of the emergency stop switch.
    During the use of the upper control assembly, the emergency stop switch is frequently used. The emergency stop switch is particularly easy to loosen during the continuous drawing and rotation. Once loosened, it will involve the wires and circuit boards in the box, which will affect the operation. After so many years, the technical maintenance masters can be said to have moved their brains and studied several sets of maintenance methods to deal with this loosening problem.

For example: use a sealant to kill the emergency stop.

It was padded with a silicone gasket, and it was also glued. Then it was switched from the knob. Inspired by the retreat, I designed a claw ring that can be retracted and prevented from rotating. This has largely solved the problem of the emergency stop switch loosening, which is not a big headache. In order to protect this labor result, Kuan Hui Technology also applied for invention patents.




Now every driver who goes out of the way will be equipped with such an anti-rotation ring to better help friends solve the problem of loosening the emergency stop switch.
