Kuanhui recently established a maintenance department to help friends repair the electronic control system. In the process, we sorted out and analyzed some problems that may be encountered in the use of the product for your reference. The special reminder is: leasing companies should pay attention to the vehicle model and brand information they use in order to analyze and exclude them accordingly.

Power problem of operating platform: The handle window does not display the battery, and the machine has no running action a. Check whether the vehicle is charging Check if the four switches are turned on (1. The main power switch is pulled out or to the left 2. The key switch is to the left 3. The lower emergency stop switch is pulled out 4. The upper control emergency stop switch is pulled out) b. Whether reset insurance is open (press normal) c. Replace the handle test d. Check whether the battery head is oxidized, and whether the spring wire is connected to the car body firmly 2. The work platform cannot be turned: When the steering action, whether the motor is working (weng weng sound), whether the buzzer is working (tick sound); a. The handle can be replaced when the whole vehicle cannot run normally b. Check whether there are structural parts disconnected from the vehicle chassis 3. The operating platform cannot walk: a. Turn off all power and restart (restart can work normally, it is vehicle standby protection) b. Replace the handle and ECU c. Hydraulic motor failure (walking motor) 4. The operating platform cannot be raised or lowered: Check if the buzzer is working (tickly beeping) a. When the rising buzzer makes no sound, and when the falling buzzer makes a sound, check the lower limit switch b. The buzzer is silent, and the handle can be replaced c. Fault code 18 appears (refer to fault code 18 5. The operating platform has sufficient power, but cannot run: a. Replace the upper control (may be a problem with the enable switch) the buzzer does not operate normally b. The battery voltage is too low (the battery voltage is not less than 20V) c. Hydraulic motor failure (problems with carbon brushes) d. Hydraulic motor controller failure (normal hydraulic motor controller J1-24V J3-0-5v) buzzer is operating normally e. Whether the charger protection line is normal 6. Charger problem: a. Check the charger power cord and the electric box (power strip), the multimeter measures the input AC220V or so. It may not work normally if it is less than 180V b. Replace the charger or battery (the battery voltage is greater than about 18V, less than it may be a battery problem) 7. Fault code 02: a. Replace the handle b. Check the spring wire and spring wire connector. (Whether the wire is connected incorrectly) The corresponding function of the handle color: 1 white power negative 2 blue data + 3 red power positive 4 black switch 5 orange data- c. Replace ECU d. Replace the five-pin relay (inside the lower panel) e. Check the battery voltage (the battery voltage is lower than 14V and the fault code is 02, and the battery voltage is about 18V and the fault code is 68) 8. Fault code 03: a. The machine setting mode is incorrect (Dingli Hydraulic 10, Xingbang Gaoli Hydraulic 22) b. When the machine mode cannot be saved and changed, the ECU needs to be replaced 9. Fault code 12: The up and down switches of the lower control panel are stuck, or the water is short-circuited 10. Fault code 18: The working platform is being lifted a. The working platform is not in the lifting state, and the protection cover of the travel switch can be knocked (there is a problem with the lower limit switch) b. There is an obstacle on the ground or the garbage in the platform is stuck in a dead hole to protect the operating mechanism 11. Fault code 42.43: a. The left and right switches are stuck, or the left and right buttons are faulty and short-circuited b. Circuit board failure (caused by normal water ingress) 12. Fault code 46: a. The enable switch is stuck, or the water inlet switch is short-circuited (silicone shell protection, additional faults) b. Circuit board failure (caused by normal water ingress) 13. Fault code 47: a. The joystick of the handle is not in the center position, and the joystick is malfunctioning b. Poor contact between the handle joystick and the circuit board cable 14. Fault code 5*: a. Check whether the valve block coil has bad terminal contact b. Check if the machine selection mode matches the machine (electric drive uses hydraulic machine mode) c. Replace ECU 15. Fault code 6* 7* (excluding fault code 68): Electric drive fault code, determined by the controller 16. Fault code 8*: a. Check the brake module: the connector is in poor contact, and the circuit board is not soldered b. Check whether the brake assembly smells of burning, whether it is short-circuited or open-circuited c. Check whether the motor wire is short-circuited and open-circuited 17. Fault code 9*: Weighing alarm 18. Fault code 68: a. The battery voltage of the vehicle is low, and it needs to be charged for more than 12 hours. After the charging is started, check whether it is operating normally b. Replace the battery 19. Fault code OL: a. Platform overload error b. System is not compatible 20. Fault code LL: a.
